One Word Subject Spam Email Messages

Ok I don’t really know what has happened, but for the past few days I have been getting 5-10 spam email messages NOT BEING CAUGHT by my spam filter, and they all have no spaces in the subject line! I don’t know what is happening, but it’s sure making me angry! Let us know in the comments if anyone else is experiencing this.

My First Official Affiliate Sale! $42 CPA For $1.95 Trial!

I would just like to announce that tonight while checking the stats on one of my affiliate websites, I noticed a $42 sale!!! This may seem very small to some of you, but this was my very first sale!
I’ve been interested in affiliate marketing for the past year or two (I’ve had a clickbank account since early 2006!) and finally created my first website a few weeks ago and I’m getting 10-30 organics per day. I was surprised to see a whopping $42! Since it’s late local time (1 am) I thought my eyes were just buggin’ out. But I guess not! I’ll be sure to let you guys know how it goes from here! Hopefully the money keeps coming in! :)

10 lbs, 10 weeks – Response to EliteEternity

Jeremy @ EliteEternity’s recent post is about a challenge he has made with his Sister and Brother. They are both trying to lose 1 lb per week, for 10 weeks. Well, rather than lose 10 lbs, I’m going to sort of do the opposite of them. I’m going to try to gain 10 lbs! It probably wont work out that great, but there is only one way to find out.

I plan on lifting weights for 2 hours every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In addition to this, I will do intense cardio every Tuesday and Thursday evening. I will also try to sneak in a few mild runs each weak. I will be eating healthy – Fruits, Vegetables, Cereal (fat-free milk, but most of the time just dry… I can’t eat lactose without taking a lactase pill, and that gets annoying) and Pasta. I will also have one Protein Shake a day.

Today was day 1. Lifted weights for a couple hours from 7am-9, then went running for about an hour at the park. I ran a sweet 7.34 miles — non-stop. Here’s my evidence: (direct link)

I accidentally forgot to weigh myself before I started the day, but I did immediately after pounding down a liter of water after the run. I weighed in at a cool 172 lbs. This should be easy. If everything goes well, I should weigh the EXACT SAME as Jeremy after 10 weeks. But I have high hopes for him, he’ll probably get down to 175 with ease.

Mazda Protege’ 100,000 Miles

Over the past couple months I’ve noticed my Green 2003 Mazda Protege was getting closer and closer to 100,000 miles. Well when I parked it in the garage last night, it was 4 miles shy of 100k. I was getting excited and really wanted to get a picture of it at 100k. Well, I woke up this morning at 7am for a two hour workout. It was mainly lower body, and after I was fairly tired. While I was making the 3 mile drive home, I just happened to glance down and caught it at 100,000! Dead on! And I’ve got pictures to prove it.

Restore Old Antique Photos and Remove Cracks with Photoshop

Yesterday was Memorial Day. I didn’t really do much for it, other than do a few touchups on some pictures my Mother had found and scanned into the computer. The problem was that the picture looked dry, and had a huge crack down the middle. So I used my trusty photoshop “patch” tool and did a little brightness/contrast adjustments. Just an FYI – The Brightness/Contrast tool SUCKS in pre-CS3 versions. Only use it in CS4 and new photoshops.

Just Signed Up for Clickbank!

I just signed up for Clickbank! This is the first of many affiliate networks I will join. So far so good, I’ve read through all of the terms and agreements and everything is great. I hope to eventually start pulling in a little cash on the side. I’m interested to see how much I can make.

Increase Vertical (Verticle) Jump – Utah High School

Do you play basketball, football, volleyball, or do you dance? Do you want to increase your vertical jump height? If so, then you’ve come to the right place! I personally increased my vertical jump over the past little bit playing High School Football in Utah. I went to a 4 week Velocity training course, and it didn’t help increase my jump. Well my questions got answered, and I saw results using this guide. It’s a great way to jump higher and be a better athlete.
